Listing and presentation
An owner submits a home from the owner account. It appears on the public vacation-homes pages only after Faramawy approves and publishes it. The owner account cannot publish the home or set the nightly price.
Booking management
Guests book a published home on this website and pay by card. The stay is confirmed when that payment succeeds. The owner account lists the owner’s own personal stays. It does not list every guest who booked the home.
Guest communication
The property-management service includes guest communication, check-in and check-out, and housekeeping coordination. Those tasks belong to the service arrangement. The owner account does not include a guest inbox.
Availability
Nights can be blocked, marked for owner use, or marked for maintenance under the same rules used for booking. An owner can read upcoming restrictions on the home’s page. The owner account does not include a calendar for changing them.
Property services
Housekeeping, maintenance, and other published services can be requested from the services pages. A service that is not published does not appear.
Owner reporting
For a paid stay that is confirmed or completed on a home the owner owns, the owner revenue page shows the gross amount, the fee from the active management arrangement, and the net. With no active arrangement, no management fee is applied. Cancelled and unpaid stays are not included.
Management fee
The service states that a 15% management fee applies only where the signed arrangement specifies it. A fixed-fee arrangement stays fixed. A home with no arrangement has no fee on this page.
How to get started
Use the contact page to talk to Faramawy. An owner who already has an account can sign in and open Management, or request the property-management service from the owner account.
